כִּֽי־תָצ֣וּר אֶל־עִיר֩ יָמִ֨ים רַבִּ֜ים לְֽהִלָּחֵ֧ם עָלֶ֣יהָ לְתָפְשָׂ֗הּ לֹֽא־תַשְׁחִ֤ית אֶת־עֵצָהּ֙ לִנְדֹּ֤חַ עָלָיו֙ גַּרְזֶ֔ן כִּ֚י מִמֶּ֣נּוּ תֹאכֵ֔ל וְאֹת֖וֹ לֹ֣א תִכְרֹ֑ת כִּ֤י הָֽאָדָם֙ עֵ֣ץ הַשָּׂדֶ֔ה לָבֹ֥א מִפָּנֶ֖יךָ בַּמָּצֽוֹר׃

·Debug: verse number 5448Si tu es arrêté longtemps au siège d’une ville que tu attaques pour t’en rendre maître, tu ne dois cependant pas en détruire les arbres en portant sur eux la cognée: ce sont eux qui te nourrissent, tu ne dois pas les abattre. Oui, l’arbre du champ c’est l’homme même, tu l’épargneras dans les travaux du siège.
